Privacy Policy

Account data: Email address, display name, and authentication credentials (stored via Firebase Authentication).

Profile data: Date of birth, full legal name (for numerology), birth location, gender (optional), and any additional information you enter into profiles for yourself or family members.

Usage data: App interactions, feature usage, session logs (Firebase Analytics). No behavior is sold to third parties.

Payment data: Processed entirely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store card numbers. We receive only subscription status and tier information.

AI-generated content: Natal intelligence sections, Fà Protocol decisions, Ilè-Orí soul blueprints, and briefings are stored in your Firestore profile document.

(a) To generate personalized astrological, numerological, and Human Design readings;

(b) To power AI features via Google Gemini API — prompts include your birth data and profile information;

(c) To process subscription payments via Stripe;

(d) To send transactional emails (account security, subscription confirmation);

(e) To improve the Service through aggregated, anonymized usage analytics.

We do not sell, rent, or broker your personal data to any third party.

Your data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore), hosted in the us-central1 (Iowa, USA) region. Firebase encrypts data at rest and in transit. Access is controlled by Firebase Security Rules scoped to your user ID.

AI prompts containing your profile data are transmitted to Google Gemini API under Google's standard data processing terms. Prompt data is not used to train Google's models (Enterprise API terms apply).

Access: Request a copy of all data we hold about you.

Deletion: Request deletion of your account and all associated data via Settings → Delete Account, or by emailing us.

Correction: Update profile data directly within the app.

Portability: Export requests available by email within 30 days.

California residents: ASHE does not sell personal information as defined by CCPA.

We use: Firebase (Google) for database, auth, and hosting; Stripe for payments; Google Gemini API for AI generation; Google Analytics (Firebase) for usage metrics. Each has its own privacy policy governing their processing.

ASHE is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. Contact us if you believe we have inadvertently collected such data.

We may update this policy. We will notify subscribers by email before material changes take effect.
