Terms of Service

By accessing or using ASHE ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

ASHE is a personal intelligence application integrating astrology, numerology, Human Design, Yoruba Ifá/Orí tradition, Ogu-Fon Fà divination, Kabbalistic, and Vedic wisdom systems. The Service generates AI-assisted insights from your birth data and profile information.

ASHE is a contemplative and decision-support tool. It is not a substitute for professional advice — legal, medical, financial, psychological, or spiritual. Content generated by ASHE does not constitute an authoritative reading by a trained practitioner (Babalawo, Bokonon, or otherwise).

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access due to your failure to protect your credentials.

ASHE offers free (Seeker) and paid subscription tiers processed through Stripe, Inc. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges to your payment method at the applicable rate.

Founding Member pricing ($49/month) is locked for life as long as your subscription remains active and uninterrupted. Cancellation and resubscription forfeits the founding rate.

Refunds are not offered for partially used subscription periods. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the paid period.

All content, software, and design within ASHE is owned by ASHE and its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without written permission.

Your personal data (birth date, name, preferences) remains yours. You grant ASHE a limited license to process this data to provide the Service.

You may not: (a) use the Service for unlawful purposes; (b) attempt to circumvent subscription gates or access controls; (c) scrape, reverse-engineer, or redistribute ASHE content; (d) impersonate others or create accounts under false pretenses.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT ACCURACY OF AI-GENERATED CONTENT. USE OF WISDOM TRADITION OUTPUTS IS AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ASHE AND ITS FOUNDER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. Disputes shall be resolved in New York courts.
